BT web protect

Hi,

I got a BT home hub yesterday and set it up but BT web protect won’t switch off, I tried last night and today and still nothing. Also BT parental controls won’t activate. Everything else seems fine, could anyone help please?

Web protect and parental controls need to be changed from MYBT not from the hub manager

Hi

sorry for the late reply but neither of them will switch off on the MyBT app

Don't use the app. Log on using a web browser and go to My Products > Broadband > BT Web Protect.
