Last night, I tried to get some help using the MyBT app on my phone regarding my TV package. Whenever I went to the TV section of the app, I got an error message "Sorry, we couldn't get a connection. Try changing your network settings and switching from wi-fi to mobile data", which didn't help. I had been using, and continue to use, many other apps without an issue, whether on mobile data or wi-fi !!! What is wrong with this app ??

Plus the speed test no longer works.
Anyone get the feeling they are gradually degrading the BT service to get us to move to EE?
