Need help forcing BT/EE account to unlink from Xbox account please

Hello!

Very similar to a few posts I've seen here who had some success getting this resolved a month or so back.

I got the 12 month Gamepass Ultimate sub as an extra, it has now ended and the renewal was confirmed as deactivated before the end date, however it didn't end and it no longer appears as an extra I can manage on My BT.

I contacted someone on the main BT page live chat and they confirmed the renewal is off and the account should be unlinked and is not reflected on my account.

This was confirmed almost 2 weeks ago, but my Xbox account is still showing "Purchased from BT/EE" and I have no ability to manage my Gamepass subscription in any way at all because of this.

I'm already aware that Microsoft are unable to resolve this on their end unfortunately, already spoke to them about it in advance.

 

Is it possible to have someone force the unlinking of the accounts as I've seen on a few posts about this please?

Honestly not bothered if I lose any time shown as remaining, I just need control of the account back so I can add codes before they expire soon.

I have all the relevant account info for DMs etc. whenever they're needed.
