Hello,
I have been having issues on trying to activate the Xbox Ultimate Game Pass (6 months) that was included in my new contract upgrade.
I always used to end up getting the 'System is down for maintenance, submit your activation request by calling on 0330****150, choose option 1 and then option 2.'
As you can imagine, I have spent hours on the phone in a loop. Then tried the chatbot, which again didn't help much.
Finally, managed to speak to a BT guide on the chat and raised my complaint. Said that they would email me the activation code in 5 days. No further updates.
And today when I logged into My BT, manage products tab - the Xbox game pass activation option itself is removed!
Can someone please suggest some help 😞

I managed to chat with the BT guide, through the message now option. They said they would manually validate the Xbox pass and email it to me. Nothing so far!

Yes, I have checked my inbox and spam mail. No validation email so far. It has been more than a week since I raised my complaint.

If you were given a direct point of contact for your complaint, it's worth dropping them an email to see if you can get an update.
If not, please give our team another call, and we can check over how everything is set up at our end and go from there.
