Just completed a (recommended) 2023 update and all my recordings have been deleted and I have to reconfigure all apps. What’s going on?
Thankfully not a normal result of software updates. Unfortunately if the box has done the equivalent of a full factory reset the settings and recordings won’t be recoverable.
Which box are you using and what software version are you now at ?
You can get that information by doing HELP an INFO on your remote ( first couple of lines give the info) or from the SETTINGS section of the box.
Also how were you prompted for the update .
