<p>All files will be deleted once BT Cloud is closed. If you want to keep your files, make sure to <a href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/download-or-access-files/how-do-i-download-files--folders-and-devices-from-bt-cloud-">download them before 31 October 2024</a>.
Today we came home having left the TV on and wanted to rewind the programme running a few minutes but the box would neither allow me to rewind or freeze the programme. It did let me change channel and then behaved normally but that didn't help me rewind the original programme! Software is up to date. Anybody else had this strange problem and is there any fix to prevent future occurrences? Thanks.
Had you perhaps previously paused or rewound the original channel? If so, you may have been as far behind 'live' as the box allows, which would explain the behaviour (and also why changing channels fixed it).
