BT TV Sky programmes not series link recording

Hi all

I have noticed for the past few weeks that my sky programmes i have set to series link record are no longer series link recording. When you try and series link record a programme on certain sky channels, it gives you the option to series link record but does not actually series link record the programme. So every week i have to remember to record the programme manually.

The series link record option seems fine on terrestrial channels but has stopped on sky channels.

Anyone else having the same issue or know how to resolve this ?

Can you give some recent examples of  programmes [date/time) and channels that this is occuring on ?

The two main channels i have noticed this happening with is:-

Sky Showcase 340

Sky Witness 341

I use to be able to series link record programmes, but now when i select Series Record it is only recording the one episode - it was fine a few weeks ago.
