Every time we try to use bt apps it turns the connection off at the hub, i have reset the box/hub and nothing has made a difference tried setting up with ethernet cable in tv still does not work.
iPlayer does the same thing, can anyone explain why?
Thank you for posting. It sounds like you BT TV box is faulty. I think the last thing you could try is a factory reset of the box.
Give that a try and let me know how you get on.
