Hi, our box has been slow on changing channels for a few days or freezing, then today wont get past loading page with only 1 blue light on the front. We have tried doing factory reset (which usually works) but says option failed and we are unable to perform internet connection check or factory/software reset. Then turns itself off. We have also reset our hub and tried changing eternet cables. Any help please
It's sounds like the hard drive has failed. If you have an active BT TV subscription call faults and report it. They'll send you a replacement box
