<p>All files will be deleted once BT Cloud is closed. If you want to keep your files, make sure to <a href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/download-or-access-files/how-do-i-download-files--folders-and-devices-from-bt-cloud-">download them before 31 October 2024</a>.
Is it possible to pay extra and get an extra box that can record live TV? I recently moved to BT from Virgin and I was told by a BT engineer that this was an option but reading the BT web site they only mention non recordable second boxes.
