I've rebooted both bt box and hub. I've done a factory reset. Bt box says I'm connected via ethenet (which I am). If I disconnect the ethernet cable the box reports loss of connection and reports its connected once the cable is restored. I can watch Netflix and other streaming services via the bt box but all my Internet channels are showing this error. Everything else connected to the hub works fine. Last time something similar happened (a couple of days before Christmas) it suddenly "fixed" itself on Christmas day!
Any ideas please. Getting fed up with not getting something I pay good money for.
