Similar to magicb82 who posted on 28/4/2024, after 1 year of a 2 year BT contract Now TV wants me to sign in to access the app but when I try it says there is no account with my email address or password.

There was an issue with the app that has been fixed by Now in the last day, but that would not have invalidated your existing account information. I'll drop you a direct message to get some more information and see how we can help you that sorted.
