Just received a replacement 4K recordable box and one day later it is stuck with just a red light have tried re cycling the power but still the same also unable  to get into the maintenance screen to try a factory reset but  screen just says waking up then red light on Box . any help would be appreciated

The hard drive could be kapput... If it's a reconditioned unit, it could have been on its way out anyway but it could have also been bumped or dropped during delivery.
