Hi, I have a lit of problems connecting to Amazon Prime video although I can easily connect to all other apps on the YouView box. Amazon have asked if the App has been updated but when I go into "Update Apps" in settings I get the same message "We can't update your Apps" 'Please try again later or visit support.youview.com for help. Does anyone know how to resolve this or gave the same issue? Thanks
Its a known bug @Candy007 . I get the same.
I found this thread about it a little while ago.
The thread is from last Feb but guessing its still not been fixed
It appears BT/YouView prefer to update or add apps behind the scenes and then activate overnight, usually in batches.
I’m not sure why they don’t just remove the option to be honest.
