Hi.  This is not BT the company.  It is a customer to customer help forum.  You'll need to phone BT for this.  (I'd also remove your address, for security reasons).

Unless it’s BT/EE equipment that you want to return, you are in tragically the wrong place.

And even if it is, you need to ring BT for instructions on how to proceed.
