Hi does anyone know why i don't receive certain emails when they have an attachment.

Do i need to change something on my settings?

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Can you receive emails from the same senders if no attachment is sent? 

Do you have an Antivirus programme that may be stopping the emails being received?
