No Email

Having taken out a new fibre contract and closing old account I have been unable to access my emails via any app, My Bt, or phone & computer for 10 days now. Complaints have been raised, closed a reopened,  Various teams have tried to help on the phone and it’s apparently now been with the ‘back team’ for 2 days now. This is appalling and so upsetting as I’m in my 70’s and need this communication. Can I escalate this in any way please.

Not sure how being in your seventies (as I am) is relevant, but I will flag your problem to the mods. They will post on the thread with an invitation to contact them.

Thanks for your help John. The team member who had stayed with me for 10 days finally succeeded in getting things sorted.
