Having taken out a new fibre contract and closing old account I have been unable to access my emails via any app, My Bt, or phone & computer for 10 days now. Complaints have been raised, closed a reopened, Various teams have tried to help on the phone and it’s apparently now been with the ‘back team’ for 2 days now. This is appalling and so upsetting as I’m in my 70’s and need this communication. Can I escalate this in any way please.
