blocked email access

why am I being asked whether I am a  robot when I access bt email on my laptop?

 Now the email is blocked for security reasons

I can access it on my phone

All other emails are OK  gmail and outlook

I have just spent 35 minutes   on chat  which was as good as a chocolate teapot, then I was times out.

Hi @vah,

This can sometimes happen if we're seeing a lot of traffic on a particular page, and is nothing to worry about. Are you able to give this another try, and see if you can get access.

Can't get through on the help  message for bt they just don't address and as I am at present in deepest Cornwall I have no phone signal,  internet is OK  but my email isn't . I tried again today without any luck

Please could I ask what browser you are using?

Have you tried deleting cache and cookies?
