Can anybody help please? My daughter has just lost 4 days worth of emails. She’s phoned BT for help and they’re blaming Apple but it’s definitely not Apple as the emails have completely disappeared when she logs into the BT website and checks there. One of the emails was a job offer so you can imagine it’s not great. Thankfully she saw this email and others before they disappeared. On my account I’ve also lost the emails from overnight last night. So something is definitely going on with the BT servers but how can we report this and get them back when BT are saying there’s no issue? Thanks.
It is perfectly possible it is an Apple problem. If the emails were deleted on the Apple device they will also be deleted on BT webmail.
Make sure there are no settings on the Apple device to delete mails after a period of time.
