Email login

I have not been able to login to my BT account or email since early afternoon today 23rd March. This also happened a few days ago. I keep getting a network error but the internet is working fine. I suspect that BT know that there are several people that have this problem but are being a little coy about it. Anyway I’d like it fixed please.

Yes - this happens frequently - I can receive but not send from my IMac - but can on my IPhone - been going on for a while now!   Not impressed with BT Customer Service on this issue!

Same here - keep getting

VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY

contacted support bot - put in a que - email works fine on phone

It seems to me it's either incompetence or deliberate all the problems with logging in on desktop

Look forward to any reply at all

Do you get an error code when you try to log in? Are you able to try a couple of different web browsers, just to see if the issue still occurs please?

I can login from the browser and works fine, but can’t send emails from outlook - says password wrong - but it’s not!

it made me change my password - and then sent a pin code to verify and then locked me out of the desktop again

new password let me back in on the app, but I was locked out of that as well

 

I have virus and malware protection, and all other email is working fine

 

Constant problems with the desktop one - I have to get a pin to login everyday of late, now it says I'm hacked, which i don't believe I am
