Someone has managed to get into my Father's email account and set auto-forward for all emails to another email address. This hacker has sent an email to all contacts in my Father's address list, which if anyone replies, then gets another email asking for money.
I managed to get into his account, remove the auto-foraward, and we also changed his password.
However, the hacker has managed to re-instate the auto-forward and has now completely locked us out of the account so we can not sign in.
How do I resolve?
