Good evening! Looking for some help, have been away for a while so my account has been inactive but I’m now looking to get a broadband package but I am unable to do so.
any ideas on how to activate my account that would be great!

If your BTMail account has not been logged onto in 150 days the account will have been deleted.

BT Broadband no longer supplies an email account to a new customers.
If you already have an active BTMail account you can have it linked to a new BT Broadband account.
