How do you email BT from abroad? Simply do not have the ability to call anymore, and need to talk about our email account and downgrade it, but to do that I need to talk to a person......I cannot call!! I do not have the funds to do this, hence why wanting to downgrade!!
Please can someone help, otherwise we are going to default on our account as I know no other way to get them to contact me. They used to have an online chat....not anymore!

I would strongly advise not defaulting on your BT account. This will ultimately affect your credit rating and involve a debt collection agency.
