I have the same problem as the above unable to access my mybilling using my btconnect.com email address. has been like it for the past week since I have been trying. Your suggestion for tech guides above the Message Now button doesn't work either on any of the catogories

 btconnect.com is BT Business email.

As @licquorice  has said, once you move to BT Residential, you lose access to btconnect.com. This should have been explained to you when you cancelled your business account.
