I have removed my email accounts from the outlook desktop program as instructed by Ali, so only accessing them through webmail where there is only limited settings and nothing to see regarding messages on the servers.
I only access emails through outlook on the desktop (win10) and webmail .
Are you sure you don't have another device somewhere downloading the emails?
Change the passwords for your email accounts, this will ensure that only webmail can access the accounts unless you change the passwords elsewhere.
no i dont use email on any other device or my phone.
I have now changed the password as suggested so ony bt webmail has it and still no difference ,i am at a lose as to what is going on. Still only keeping emails going back 7 days ?????
