I am receiving hundreds of emails in my bt email account and also my spam mail. I don't know how to stop them. I've changed my password but that is no help. Any advice?

What type of emails are you receiving? Are they from a single sender or many different sources?

All over, some from China, Germany I presume they are different sources. I've tried deleting the domains as they've come up. Although this has thinned them out over the past couple of days, they are still coming.

Could you try the steps on this Using BT Mail's anti-spam features page?
There are a few things to check on there, such as the 'block' list and filters/rules.
