Digital voice - second call attempting to connect at same time

Help please in fixing this problem 

If there is an incoming call whilst already making a call the phone bell rings.

1471 gives the details of the incoming call

this has only happened since changing to digital voice

You need to go to settings on phone and change call settings from multi to single
