I’m hoping someone can help me as BT technical support constantly cut me off after 20 minutes on hold.
I’ve got BT broadband and BT Sports. I can watch sports when I login online using a web browser. However I can’t watch sports on the app. I get an error saying I don’t have a subscription. I’ve tried deleting the app and logging out/in again but no luck. I’ve even tried another phone and downloading the app fresh. No luck at all.
Any ideas how to fix this issue?
If web works but app doesn't then there's only one cause, and helpdesk should know how to fix it.
Either call them again and tell them your icap property needs to be deleted, or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I'll get it sorted. It probably won't be sorted until Monday though I'm afraid.
