Long term BT user. Ordered BT Sport monthly last evening - order has been processed and credit card charged. When I try and view from my Windows desktop I get ID003 with absolutely no helpful workaround. Already missed one of the things I wanted to watch. Should I just cancel order and get refund?
Sorry - these replies are not to do with me and I'm not clear what is being suggested. If the suggestion is to call someone - who and on what number, and why.
I've obviously done something wrong but don't have a clue what and it's nearly 24 hours now.
