I am looking to cancel my monthly pass BT Sport subscription, but I cannot find where to do it on the website at all. It states to go to "MyBT" and cancel it, but the option is nowhere to be seen. Any help appreciated please.

Hi @Jack21 welcome to the community and thanks for posting. Do you have more than one account number associated with your BT ID?
If you do, make sure you're choosing the BT Sport account from the drop-down option. Post back and let me know if that helps.
Thank you, that sorted it. I had no idea that I had 2 separate accounts. Not sure why the BT Sport pass is associated with the different account. Thanks again for your help.
