Been trying to cancel bt sport monthly pass for 2 weeks now..cancellation not successful..try again later...seems to have been quiet successful when bt took 5 payments in 5 hours last week..any ideas how to cancel this service..thanks

Trying to cancel bt sport month pass online has turned into a joke..surely bt can fix "oops something went wrong" going on for a month now. Seems to be no other option except cancel direct debit..cancel anytime bt says....try it!!!!
