Hello, I made changes to my TV package early yesterday morning [Order reference: VOL0XXXX], whilst the package has updated on the BT TV Pro box and the BT app on my smart TV, the order on the BT website says it is 'stuck' with a yellow exclamation mark at the BT App stage. This is stopping me accessing my account and is not correct. Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated please. Thank you.
