Hi,
I'm wondering if someone can help me where it seems Google cannot. There is an abandoned BT Openreach van outside of our offices. It's been there for several months (we bought the building a few months ago and it was there when we viewed the property and hasn't moved an inch since) we've refurbished the building and are now moving in. The problem is, it's parked in such a way it's making it difficult for us to get into and out of our parking spaces.
I just need to know who to contact at BT / Openreach regarding the vehicle as it seems completely abandoned, and what a waste of a resource. It's in a commercial area so no homes or residential properties in the vicinity.
Thanks in advance for any assistance!
Solved! Go to Solution.
You can report it to the local council, but they may not be able to act if it's on private land:

Have you tried the police on 101 in case it's stolen?
You could try the Eiva chat on Openreach's site:

Thanks, I'll try the council if Openreach don't move it soon. I don't want to go to the council / police if I don't have to but we'll have staff using the office soon and it will be a nightmare trying to get in and out of parking spaces due to the angle it's parked at.
Thank you. They've advised they'll reach out to the Area Manager to see if it can be moved. Fingers crossed!
