Hotspot payment taken, but not recognised by BT!

Not sure where to ask this! I'm working away for the next three weeks, and my temporary office has a BT Hotspot nice and handy. I signed up for a daily plan on Monday, just to check signal was good enough (it is). And then yesterday once that 24 hour package had expired, I purchased the monthly one for £39. Money has been taken from my bank account, but when I log on to BT Wifi, I get a message saying I've run out of data and to buy more. So I'm guessing something's gone wrong during the set up.

There are no contact details in the WiFi portal at all - hence me asking this here! Any ideas of a number I can call to get this resolved? I'm £39 down, with no wifi and urgently need to do some work!!
