I keep getting disconneted from the Xbox. When i check the router logs i see.
Why is it doing this when i have my Xbox set to always use the same I.P.

You need to set you Xbox network properties to a STATIC IP address, outside of the DHCP range of the hub, then there will be no lease to renew.
I have not seen the Xbox network settings screen, however if you can set it to the following values, it should overcome the DHCP problem.
IP Address 192.168.1.50 You can use anything from 192.168.1.30 to 192.168.1.60 if you prefer
Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway 192.168.1.254
DNS server 192.168.1.254
There is no need to do anything on the home hub devices list.
Setting the home hub to always use the same address, does not stop the lease renewing, it just allocates the same address every time, thats all. So you lose connection while it is doing it.
