Hi, i've just moved from Sky a few days ago, my speed sits around 6.5-7mb, although when i do a line check it says roughly my estimated download should be 15mb, although the variance is between 11-19mb, will this go up in the coming days? or is this an issue i need to contact someone on?
there is a 10 da training period after activation where your connection my reset (often) as the equipment tries to find best stable connection for your line. however you could post your adsl stats from your hub for information in case you need mod help
