Re: Customer services

I wrote an e-mail with my query back on Tuesday, and still don't have even a response back to say anyone's looking into it, so I think you're the lucky one, 'titojim'.

Re: Customer services

I now have Broadband and all its services, but find that BT have installed a landline with a new number and transferred all the services from my old landline number to the present one.  I did not ask for this landline and have been using the Broadband, but now BT have increased my direct debit payments to cover the cost of the landline and services, on top of the money I pay them for the Broadband services.  They refuse to listen that I dont want this landline and never asked for it, let alone all the services I am being charged for that go with it.   Neither can I access my account on line any more. Today they totally cleaned out my account to take the increased payments.

Re: Customer services

This is flagged up as resolved but the money for the line has not been replaced. Again I only pay for the Broadband services.
