BT Yahoo Home Page

Has anyone else had this problem.  When attempting to get to my emails using the bt yahoo icon it takes forever to load.  When it eventually gets there, I am presented with the BTFonHotspot.  I then have to go to the control panel to connect to the bt hub and more times than not, I still cannot get to the home page.  I have often have to give up in disgust.  Any ideas?

Why not give up on the BT software and just use an ordinary web browser?  Most of the BT Yahoo software is buggy and more trouble than it is worth.

When we first got BT Total Broadband in 2006/7, when they were dishing out the Voyager 220v. We stupidly inserted the CD and it installed the rubbish BT Yahoo Browser which my parents INSISTED on using. OMG that was soooooo slow!!

Guys,

The BT Yahoo Browser expired in October last year.

Emails were sent to customers advising to change the browser they use to IE8. If anyone is still using the BT Yahoo browser, they should uninstall this immediately and use an alternative, i.e. Internet Explorer 8, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
