Telephone Pole Fault

There is a fault on the telegraph pole serving houses in Southgate Gardens, Stroud. This is clearly a pole problem as it affects other houses connected to it - leaving homes without Telephone or Internet since Tuesday.

BT have confirmed a line fault but a fault at the pole seems almost positive to be the problem.

Is there any updates on this problem?

This is purely a customer forum, messages do not go to BT.

If you login to your bt.com and look at faults, you should see your report, and any updates.
