Bt customer took months to get service now slow speeds bt engineers can't see my line openreach says brass been reset and ip profile needs changing as I'm getting a 2mbps speed instead of 8mbps due to adsl 2000 being capped at 2mbps bt claim we can't see your line do we can't fix profile issue .
Openreach says simple fix to date no joy have 2 complaints in at ceo level at bt and openreach.
Anyone know why bt can't just repoint the line switch it off start again.
Lines been tested by openreach hub all working at 8mbps but still slow speeds.
Wires been replaced etc.
Any ideas how to fix had service 18 months ago in late 2022 plusnet no issues.
