Re: Broadband Connection Issues

when you say all wiring replaced is that all your internal extension wiring?  have you checked that all the extension sockets are 'dead' if you connect direct to the test socket with a filter?  often people add extensions and create star wiring which causes connection problems

you are not going to get a new cabinet so you can get FTTC as everything is now FTTP and if not available yet then like many others you just need to wait until openreach or someone else installs fibre connections

Broadband Connection Issues

Since moving into our house in 2020 we have had a fault whereby our broadband drops connection, sometimes for a minute, sometimes hours.  We have had numerous BT Hubs, telephone line replaced and all wiring replaced but still have the same problems.

We are on an exchange only connection and live approximately 50m from the telephone exchange yet still have issues with our connection.

Just wondering whether there are any ways to escalate this further or complain to Openreach to get a fibre cabinet or fibre to the property installed.
