hello there i am new to this and this is my first time posting so i have been a bt customer for over two years and had nothing but constant broadband trouble and grief that has impacted my mental health even to the point that ive had many many bt smart hubs replaced master socket changed / replaced etc yet connection drops still occur now bare in mind unfortunately for where i live i am stuck on adsl copperline broadband and cannot get fibre in my area has been like this for a good 30+ years and today of all days within 14 hours since 9am this morning i had this notification like 31 times >> WAN3_INTERNET_ATM_0_38 disconnected.[ERROR_NO_CARRIER] can this possibly be a line issue / fault within the copper wiring itself?
