Re: Disconnected by accident

if you go to help at top of this page and then report a fault - you need to report a phone fault (provided you don't have digital voice) not a broadband fault   get phone fixed and that will fix broadband

Disconnected by accident

Hello . On Wednesday 30th October there was work carried on on the underground phone lines out side my house on the A96 and on my pole.

Coincidentally I now have no phone or broadband connection at all since then.

I cant get through to customer services and the bot you use by text never comes back to you after 30 minutes.

I cant get hold of Open reach either.

The online message button doesn't work.

Any suggestions on how to get hold of anyone?

Ive been a BT customer for well over 20 years and never seen such a shambles.
