Hello according to your database checker the whole of postcode IP28 7JL is missing.
I have a phone line in an area with no alternative providers.
My address is not listed on wholesale database. No addresses are listed for the entire postcode. Physical infrastructure obviously exists. Can you please look into this?
I haven’t checked surrounding postcodes to see if they are similarly affected.

I tried this with my address exactly as it appears on the Royal Mail postcode checker. It will not let me submit it. I then tried just the postcode and no addresses are listed for the postcode.
if I enter just postcode in address checker I get numerous results
queensway, mildenhall Bury st edmonds and others
