My line has been stone dead for more than 10 days.
I reported it on 24th January and was given a fault reference. Since then nothing has happened.
I've used the online chat 3 times to ask what is happening and no-one can tell me.
Then I get an email asking me to 'book an appointment' but the link takes you to a page telling me I have to phone, when I phone it tells me to follow the instructions in a TEXT message it's going to send, then hangs-up on me.
When I follow the instructions in the text message it takes me back to the start of the loop, to report a new fault.
How do I escape from the this endless loop. There does not seem to be any way to speak to a real human with power to investigate the fault and book an engineer.
