Why am I having issues with my Internet

Unfortunately, this is a customer-to -customer help forum and you are not talking to BT support.  The only BT employees on here are the moderators.

If you supply a bit more information, such as the type of connection you have, the equipment you are running and the symptoms you are seeing someone may be able to offer advice.

is this connecteed via wifi 

do a speendrwst via wifi and ethernet using https://www.speedtest.net/

if you get the same results on both then rase it with bt

What are the issues you're having with your internet? You need to be a bit more specific about what they are, to be able to get any advice from other BT customers.
