You have been told numerous times what you must do to secure your network.
You are now wasting the forum members time and effort by your repeatedly asking the same thing. Just do what has been suggested!
I've done everything I was asked to do but they can still see my tv screen.
I'm 100 per cent sure of this.
@Sml5678 did you change password and secure powerline with a password if you added this back wiithout a password
if how they are gettingin test by switching of the powerline 100 percent any powerline is still unsecured
supply the name brand of your powerline plus model
can mods look into this
Yes I changed the password, removed the wifi extender plug that was upstairs
the plug connected to the ring door bell outside
is a "Taichipanda" plug this only provides electricity to the ring door bell outside
There's another ring door bell plug which flashes a blue light
This is connected through wifi on the phone
We have 2 cameras which are using normal plugs
These 2 cameras are connected through wifi on their apps

There is nothing the moderators can do that has not already been suggested.
If you are so certain that your neighbours have hacked into your system contact the Police.
If you have done everything as suggested there is nothing further that this forum can do to help you.
if you are saying this in devices section it will show past connections as well MAYBE this is showing there device isint active there is physiclly no way for them to connect now if all paswords are changed
it they see your network it will ask the user for the password
as you changed the nework name and password they cant know the new network anywy
even if they could they will be asked to supply the pasword
which they do not know unless they hacked a device but f the did this thenn why would they tell you
test this by disconnection your devices from wifi phone it should ask for a password again if your concerned that somoene still accessing your wifi get bt to supply you with a new router
get your devices scanned and urn of the internet via thr router if your still sure
as i see now that you changed the password this shuld be on way from them to be connected as they woud of been instanely kicked as you changed ame of the network plus password plus routers admn password i guess your seeing old devices on the bt devices table in hub manager im no expert at any means but i think this is it
