Just to be sure here, where on our site are you finding this popping up?

In the screenshot you've shared, the text in the accompanying images is quite small, but this isn't designed to be looked at in detail.

They're just generic pictures for reference that show what the tool looks like.

It is a link on the Home Page to something like ;See you offers".

Does not seem good practice to link to an unreadable graphic!

The new YouView box is much better, there is still the occasional dropout but I think that is just a 'feature' of digital TV!  😁

I'll certainly pass on your feedback here, as whilst this is just a reference image, we certainly want everything to look clear.
