Hi, just wanted to say I've been having problems logging into this site.  I used to long on a user sundance 

Alas that does not seem to be recognised anymore 

 

Anyway that's not a big deal 

Really wanted to say i have  signed with BT for another 2 years on a really good deal for the 500 package.  It's less than I was paying for the 150.

Did it online no need to spea k with anyone. 

I did speak to ee as my mobile is with them (for now) and they were saying all bt customers are being 

Transferred over to them . Pointed out that is not the case anymore and maybe he should know that.

In any case I'm happy with the package offered  so it's not all doom and gloom  with BT for foreseeable future . Sweet

Thanks @SAM1958, I'm glad to hear you've managed to get this all sorted out with your contract renewal!

You're absolutely right that contracts with BT will still be available too, but there are a rang of plan options over on the EE side should anything take your fancy, too.

When it comes to your old account, have you tried a password reset on this? It does look like it's still active at our end 😊

Yes tried re setting password to no avail. 

It doesn't matter happy to have got through on this account
