Your private messages should be enabled now. I know you've posted elsewhere saying you're looking to close your account. If you send me a private message, I'll sort that out for you.

If you click on any of the names in the message I posted above, this will open up their profile page and if you look at the right hand side you will see a Blue "message" box. Click on that and compose your message then click "send message".

EDIT: Message crossed.  If you click on @Christopher_G  it will open his profile page.
